Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Quick Fox AI (“Company”) and the client (“Client”) who engages in any services provided by the Company. By using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services
The Company agrees to provide the Client with [Services publicly listed on our website] (“Services”) as outlined in the agreement or contract between the Company and the Client.

2. Payment Terms
Payment for the Services provided by the Company shall be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement or contract between the Company and the Client. All transactions are final, and the Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance refund or dispute policy.

3. Refund and Dispute Policy
The Company operates under a zero-tolerance refund or dispute policy. Once services are rendered and payment is made, transactions are considered final. Any attempt by the Client to dispute or initiate a chargeback for completed transactions will be considered a violation of this Agreement.

4. Penalties for Disputing Transactions
In the event that the Client disputes a transaction after completion, the Company reserves the right to impose penalties. Such penalties may include but are not limited to a fine of up to $10,000, which will be charged to the Client until the dispute is removed. The Client acknowledges and agrees to the imposition of these penalties for any unauthorized dispute initiated after the completion of services.

5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with the Client’s breach of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and the Client concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
